Q1: I am a novice foreign trade, how to finish an order?
A1:You can direct online order according to their own requirements.
Q2: What's the order process?
A2: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you) > Create artwork (me)
> Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me)
Q3: Can I get a product sample?
A3: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: I'd like to know the specific delivery process.
A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q5: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A5: the mass production time is about 15 days , and shipping time is 5 days. when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule and get a fastest production time for you.
Q6: Can you offer the photos of production before production ?
A6: Usually we make production directly according to approved artworks, it can save sample time and additonal sample fee, and we will send products photos to you before shippment.
Q7: I received, but it’s wrong, how could I do?
A7-1: If you provide wrong info and cofirmed wrong artwork or production plan, then sorry you will afford
to re-make them.
A7-2: If we made products wrong with our artwork or production plan, we'll re- make for you freely.
Q8: Do you offer a quality guarantee?
A8: Yes, we offer 100% quality guarantee. Regarding the improper production, we'll either refund you or quickly remake the products again
